NCDC trains NYSC medics on COVID-19 prevention, control

The National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has trained fifteen medical personnel of the 2020 Batch ‘A’ year of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

The training, which is on COVID-19 prevention and control took, place at the registration hall of the NYSC orientation camp in Iyana Ipaja, Lagos.

Mr. Abolaji Erinfolami and Miss Akeredolu Ojuolape, both from the NCDC, took turns to also train the participants on RDT Data collection and RDT sample collection.

The trainees are to screen both prospective Corps members of the 2020 Batch ‘B’ stream 1B and camp officials in the forthcoming orientation course which will start on Thursday 3rd December, 2020.

It would be recalled that a group of Corps medical personnel were also trained at the onset of the ongoing orientation course for 2020 Batch ‘B’ stream 1A corps members.
