Suspected hoodlums have set ablaze the head office of The Nation Newspaper at Matori in Lagos on fire, The Cable is reporting.
The development comes hours after the head office of Television Continental (TVC) was torched.
Bola Tinubu, national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), is believed to be the main target of the attacks.
The news is coming hours after soldiers allegedly opened fire on peaceful protesters at Lekki Toll Gate Plaza in Lagos which is also allegedly connected to Tinubu, a former governor in the state.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and RCCG’s Pastor Enoch A. Adeboye blamed the shooting on the Nigerian Army. But the military said its men were not at the scene.
