Apostle Suleman’s accuser now plotting to run away from Nigeria — security expert
Former Omega Fire pastor Mike Davids is reportedly trying to flee Nigeria.
Davids had accused general overseer Apostle Johnson Suleman of marital interference. He also accused him of commitng adultery with his wife and denying him access to his children.
On Friday, Davids leaked a purported phone call he claimed he had with Suleman. In the audio, Suleman is heard threatening to make the call receiver “disappear” and “die prematurely”.
But the apostle, on Saturday, released a video in which he admitted to issuing the threat but claimed that Davids was not the one he threatened. Appearing alongside his wife, Suleman said he already apologised to the young lady he threatened on phone three years ago. He said the former Omega Fire Ministries pastor manipulated the audio to make it look like something else.
Both men have sued each other. Davids wants N2 billion in damages for alleged marital interference. Suleman wants N5 billion for alleged libel.
But Davids is now trying to run away from Nigeria, cyber security expert Charles Awuzie said on Saturday. Awuzie earlier said he had seen enough evidence to prove that Apostle Suleman did not do the things Davids alleged.
“I received intel that the papa’s son (Davids) may have escaped Nigeria or planning to escape in the next 18 hours,” Awuzie said.
“Anyone planning to arrest him must move to arrest him ASAP,” he said.
Awuzie also challenged Davids to disprove his assertion that Suleman never threatened him. He said Davids could be arrested in the coming days for allegedly trying to blackmail the apostle.
Davids wife Faith Edeko also denied the allegations levelled against her and Suleman.
