Christ Embassy Church: Loveworld Nation restructures into a ‘Kingdom Nation’ as Pastor Chris Oyakhilome names new ‘prime minister’

Loveworld Nation, popular known as Christ Embassy, has announced a major organisational restructuring that redefines its governance as a Kingdom Nation while signalling a generational transition within its leadership.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome remains President and Editor-In-Chief.

The movement has created new offices and clarified its executive structure, naming Pastor Yemisi Kudehinbu as Prime Minister and appointing 30‑year‑old Dr Daysman Oyakhilome as Secretary of State.

Pastor Kayode Adesina continues as Secretary General and the Central Executive Council (CEC) remains in place. Several long‑standing CEC members, including Pastor Tom Amenkhienan, Eddy Owase, Ray Okocha and TT Edun, were not assigned new portfolios in the announcement but remain on the council.

A General Executive Council (GEC) has been established to comprise all members of the CEC, the Secretary General, the Prime Minister and all executive ministers.

New and named senior offices within the GEC include Pastor Rita Ijomah as Head of Service, Pastor Adebisi Sogunle as Attorney General, Pastor Bisola Adeyemi as Chief of Staff, Pastor Cynthia Emmanuels as Chancellor of the Exchequer, and Ambassadors Plenipotentiary Pastors Solayinka Agboola and Sylvester Ebhodaghe.

Several executive ministerial posts were also announced (not listed in hierarchical order).

Among those named are:

  • Pastor Deola Phillips (Executive Minister of the Ministry of Healing and of Ministerial Leadership Development)
  • Pastor Ifeoma Chiemeka (Corporate Affairs)
  • Evangelist Kathy Woghiren (Music and Arts)
  • Pastor Biodun Lawal (Teens & Youth)
  • Pastor Christine Okechukwu (Children’s Ministry)
  • Pastor Joy Amenkhieman (Cell Ministry)
  • Pastor Joseph Akinwolemiwa (Church Ministry)
  • Pastor Chidi Ezimako (Hinterlands Ministries)
  • Pastor Rita Ijomah (New Media Ministries)
  • Pastor Afolabi Oketunji (Ministry of Education)
  • Pastor Omoh Alabi (Innercity Missions)
  • Pastor Arinze Emmanuel (Humanitarian Affairs)
  • Sister Stephanie Oforka (Commerce)

Offices for the ministries of Food Technology and Information were announced but specific holders were not named.

The restructuring has been framed as both a clarification of governance and a statement about succession and future direction, highlighted by the elevation of younger leadership into prominent roles.
