Trump leaves hospital after ‘beating’ coronavirus
President Donald Trump has left Walter Reed National Military Medical Center to return to the White House after spending three nights in the hospital being treated for the coronavirus.
Before leaving the hospital on Monday, Trump posted a message on social media urging people not to be scared of the coronavirus.
The message ran in contrast to that of hysteria the media has been spreading since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
“Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life,” Trump, 74, wrote.
Having contracted the coronavirus, the US president is expected to have built up some immunity again further infection for the time being.
Trump’s doctors, however, said the president was not all clear of the virus yet.
