Nigeria: Buhari’s animal kingdom now overtaken by hyenas — Shehu Sani
Former Kaduna senator Shehu Sani has sent a cryptic message to President Muhammadu Buhari over the spate of insecurity in Nigeria.
Recall that Nigeria is currently battling a wave of kidnappings in the north. The EndSARS unrest against police brutality also threatens a resurgence. Sani now reacts to the matters at hand.
“We told the King that he should wake up from his slumber because there were hyenas threatening to encircle the Kingdom,” Sani wrote in a Facebook post on Thursday.
“The palace courtiers and knights told the King to remain in Bed, that it’s only a flock of sheep and herds of cattle, and that we were the treacherous foes of the King, only raising false alarms to smear the throne.
“By the time the King wakes up, the Kingdom was besieged and overwhelmed not just by the Hyenas but also by the Lions, Tigers, Pumas, Cougars and the Wild Beasts.
“And the Courtiers can neither help the King nor save the Kingdom,” Sani wrote.
