EndSARS protesters convert Benin-Lagos highway to jollof rice kitchen
EndSARS protesters have taken over the Benin-Lagos Road.
The protesters, on Sunday, locked down the section of the highway at the main gate of University of Benin.
They then brought some firewood, stones, pots and other tools together to cook jollof rice.
There’s this saying in Nigeria where you ask someone, “can you cook jollof rice on the express?”
Well, there goes your answer.
