“Ten million naira awaits anyone with useful information on the whereabouts of the persons in the photo below,” the police said in a social media post on Thursday.

The police also said any citizen who locates the persons could arrest them and later hand them over to the authorities.
If you’re not bold enough to carry out a citizen arrest, just call the police, the Force said.
