NSCDC boss visits IGP Adamu over insecurity

In a bid to arrest the current air of insecurity in the country, the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, recently met with the leader of a sister agency.
The Commandant-General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Ahmed Abubakar Audi, paid IGP Adamu a courtesy visit on Wednesday.
The duo met at Force Headquarters in Abuja, the police said in a social media post on Thursday.
“The visit was aimed at strengthening inter-agency collaboration towards securing the internal space,” the police said.
The meeting followed repeated mass kidnappings and unrelenting banditry across Nigeria.
