Emilia Asim-Ita: Co-founder of The Future Awards dies ‘after brief illness’
Emilia Asim-Ita, the founder of A’Lime Media and co-founder of The Future Awards, has passed on.
She died in Lagos as battling a “brief illness”.
Emilia was also former partner at Red Media.
The management of A’Lime Media, her organisation, confirmed the sad news in a short message on its social media page on Friday.
“Words fail us,” the group said. “You were more than a boss. You were a friend, an inspiration and an outstanding person. You will forever remain in our hearts. Rest well, Emilia”.
