Eromosele Adene: Mother of EndSARS protester says N1m bail is ‘chicken feed’

The Magistrate Court sitting in Yaba, Lagos, has granted bail to EndSARS protest campaigner Eromosele Adene.

Police had secretly asked the court to remand Eromosele in custody until December.

But the court said it decided to release Eromosele on bail because of his health conditions. The EndSARS campaigner is said to be battling a liver condition.

The bail was set at N1 million. The court also said the sureties must own their own companies.

Eromosele’s mother told reporters outside the court that the bail price “is chicken feed because Jesus has paid it all”.
